Hidden Valley Deep Inside

There was a place deep deep inside a valley
Trees grew like giants who all know one another as friends
The tree giants know the real history of their world.

There were mountains with there rivers of pure water
Mountains lush with living green

Life surrounded this valley
A valley of such mystery
With a language of joy
Undisturbed, protected by the sky
Connected to the moon

The sun knew its secrets
Deeply inside, it shared itself
With the sun, the moon, the sky
Deeply inside, within its essence
It shared itself
giving itself away

Moment into moment
Always in movement
The joy of the living experience
Stretching itself across the land
Living a life of appreciation
Extending its arms of gratification

A valley of sunrise
A nourishment of existence
So it goes, deeply inside
The journey continues to the valley that lies deep deep inside

The dream of the great land, a valley rich in green
Living things loyal unto themselves
Daughters of the wind, in all directions fill the sky
Taking flight, the winged ones do fly
High above the valley of land

In the distance, the mountain cries for the valley of the sunrise
Echoes of thunder dance throughout the sky
Winds of change tell the same
Old becomes new, the new to old
Flowing rivers wild by day
They will never go away

Cities stand where once eagles did fly
Giant trees fall to their side
But still remains the valley of green
The valley of the sunrise
Deep deep inside
Where innocence empties itself of all the lies
Deep deep inside
